Bradley Parking Deck - Original and Revised Plans

This is supplemental material to the March report of the Bradley Institutional Planning Committee and the April 2008 Uplander.

There are two "elevation" views. One shows the original suburban streetscape and the other shows the revised urban streetscape. There are also two "plan" views that show the revised streetscape in front of the deck that includes a wider sidewalk, streetscape trees in planters along the street, evergreens along the front of the deck, smaller plantings in front of the evergreens, and Campus pole lighting continued from in front of the Arena. There are two options presented for the sidewalk treatments in the plan views. The sidewalk treatment will also extend to the front of the Arena. Option 1 for sidewalk treatment
--includes "Tooled joint pattern with a broom brushed treatment" for center of the square sections, all gray in color

Option 2 for sidewalk treatment
--includes the main sidewalk treatment with an additional "brick imprinted pattern" between the planters in the front of the deck; even though the picture of the imprinted area is colored, it will be gray in color to match the main sidewalk area.
